Copper Gaskets
We manufacture copper gaskets in a wide range of configurations for a wide range of applications. We manufacture copper gaskets via punch press, custom die cut and waterjet cutting.
Copper gaskets can tolerate moderately high temperature applications. However, most other metallic gaskets are rated for higher temperatures. When selecting a metal gasket one consideration is that the metal gasket material should be softer than the flange material. Like all metallic gaskets, copper gaskets require higher seating force and must be manufactured to very high quality standards.
