Curing is the critical phase of the Teflon® manufacturing process. It assures proper performance of your manufacturing material and finished good parts.

Properly curing Teflon®, with its heat-sensitive range of fillers, demands time, experienced personnel, and first-class curing ovens. Required curing temperatures and time frames for all PTFE products are completed under the careful supervision of our knowledgeable oven operators. Our conventional and custom-built ovens are among the finest. They are cam operated, equipped with seven-day timers, and accurately control temperatures on every oven load.

At HMS, we keep detailed records on each order produced. As customers reorder, these records enable us to precisely duplicate their orders quickly and accurately.
